Holding press over a bowl with strainer side down, extract juice by squeezing handles together. Rind will turn inside out. Place a larger lime or lemon half cut-side up. Hold press sideways over bowl, extract juice by squeezing handles together. Note: For small limes (also called Key limes), only cut a thin slice off one end of lime. Much stronger and better (extracts more juice) than the Norpro Stainless-Steel Citrus Juice Press.But, the grunge from the lemon/lime peels is much harder to clean off the coating of this juicer than any other (steel or raw aluminum) juicer I've ever used. Even so, I'd buy this juicer again, and I recommend it to others.When I bought it in February 2010, it was $20 with free shipping. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best version on the market *by N***L on September 14, 2021* I have used this sort of press for many years - different companies’ versions - until I used this one at a friend’s a year ago and switched to PC’s for the rest of my life. I have since been giving them as gifts to friends and family, as it is THAT much better than the conventional ones out there, due to the shape of the presser, which squeezes out every last drop of juice. Others leave a lot left in the fruit. Plus, it has nice fat handles that are much easier to grip than skinny-handled ones. Once you use this one, you’ll never go back! Plus, I like that it is white, for aesthetic reasons. They just work better than any others I have ever tried. I love a lot of lime in my drinks. Cut the lime in half, place half lime in upside down with the open side down. Squeeze. You won't believe how much juice this thing gets out. It essentially turns the lime half inside out. You may pay more for this but you'll never regret it if you want one that is heavy duty and gets the most juice ever! And you don't have to use brut strength to squeeze it either!
