EPLO Smart Toilet Built in Tank Auto Open Bidet with Foam Shield - iX7 PRO

I spent weeks researching smart toilets before finally deciding on the ePlo IX7-Pro, and it turned out to be the right choice. My biggest concern was installation. Since our home has the standard older 6-inch water supply location from centerline ( about 4" high from floor and 3.5' sticking out from wall), I wanted a toilet with enough clearance between the back skirt and the wall so my plumber wouldn't have to relocate the water inlet and also cleaner of look. Many other models couldn't guarantee that, but the IX7-Pro had sufficient clearance, allowing for a straightforward installation and saving me additional plumbing costs. I also have an automatic cat litter box right next to the toilet, so I was worried the auto lid feature would constantly be triggered whenever the litter box ran its cleaning cycle. I was prepared to disable the auto open/close function, but that wasn't necessary. The sensor is surprisingly smart—it only responds when a person approaches and doesn't react to my cat or the litter box's cleaning cycle. That was one of my biggest concerns especially at night time, and the IX7-Pro exceeded my expectations. The setup is simple and the controls are very intuitive. It includes every feature I was looking for: automatic lid open and close, automatic flushing, foam shield, heated seat, instant warm water, warm air dryer, and a very powerful flush. Everything works exactly as advertised. I also want to recognize Lee from ePlo customer service. He was exceptional from start to finish. He patiently answered every question I had and even arranged a video call to measure the rear clearance with me before I placed my order. That level of support is rare these days. I was deciding between the ePlo IX7-Pro and another brand, and Lee's outstanding customer service ultimately made the difference. The other company's support team couldn't give me clear or confident answers to my installation questions, while Lee made sure every concern was addressed before I purchased. Looking back, I'm very glad I chose the ePlo IX7-Pro. It has performed exactly as I hoped, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality smart toilet, especially if installation clearance is a concern.

This EPLO toilet is the best. I purchased before my back surgery. It was the best help i have after the surgery. It has very powerful flush. The seat being warm while it’s been cold has been so good the water is immediately hot and I’ve tested it for a while it stays warm the whole time. Nozzle moving is a big improvement. It is fully automatic. The seat cover opens and close automatically. It has a night light and many other functions. I had question. I got the best customer service. The company stays behind the product. I am very impressed with the toilet. I will purchase one more.

Great toilet for the price and works as expected. It was easy to install and flushes powerfully. The design looks clean and modern and has been working flawlessly with no leaks. I did have a small clog and I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised when I received a video call on how to fix my clog. The gentleman also showed me how to operate my toilet as well and gave me advice on what to do if there ever a problem. My overall experience was smooth and I’m happy with my purchase.

The toilet is great I bought two of them they function exactly as advertised I love that you can put cleaner in them and have them foam up after every flush and clean themselves I love the night light in them I love that the lid auto opens when someone walks into the bathroom and the toilet auto flushes when a person walks away this is great if you have little ones we live in rural Oklahoma so my teenagers friends have a good laugh at the bidet when they come over as they’ve never seen one the real star of this show is the tech support though my auto flush quit working(my kid accidentally turned it off unbeknownst to me) so I contacted customer support via WhatsApp( this was so quick and easy to do) and spoke to the friendliest person ever a man named lee via video chat and he walked me through fixing it very quickly then gave me a tutorial on every function of the toilet and how to turn them on and off and what scenario I might need to turn them on and off he’s also the person who showed me that I could put cleaner in my toilet and which cleaners were safe to use and which weren’t also where the hidden hole was to pour it in. 5 stars for the toilet 10 stars for Le! Seriously the best customer service situation of any product I’ve purchased which is great because this is the most techy thing I’ve purchased on Amazon and I was worried!

I have had this toilet for 8 months and have been very happy with it. Our house water pressure runs on the low side (30-35 psi). While a tank toilet works fine, we wanted a tankless toilet for a more modern look, plus all the "smart" toilet features. Our first purchase from another manufacturer which used just house water pressure gave inconsistent results. This EPLO toilet with its booster pump is very effective. We did have an issue with a leaky internal, but it was accessible from the top without moving the toilet. Fixing this issue went very well due to very responsive EPLO technical service. In particular, service rep Lee could not have been more helpful in sending a replacement part and providing clear video instructions for me to make the fix.

After a very long search i ordered 3 of these toilets. They are great for the price point, do everything they need to do, have nice automated features which can be customized. Plumber installed with out any issues. The cons: they are loud. Would i pay more than double for a quieter toiler? NO.

I’ve been using the EPLO IX7 PRO Smart Toilet (tank version) for the past eight months, and it has exceeded my expectations. I opted for the model with a tank, thinking it would be more reliable over time — and so far, that’s proven true. This is a sleek, well-designed product that’s not only functional but also genuinely fun to use — a bit of a guilty pleasure, really. Warranty information was noticeably lacking in the shipment materials, but to be fair, how often does a warranty for any appliance actually come through when needed? That said, customer support turned out to be excellent when I needed it. I had the toilet professionally installed by a plumber. For those curious about the foaming function: remove the tank's rear cover and you’ll find a fill hole where you can add foaming soap. I used Irish Spring body wash, diluted at a 3:1 ratio (water to soap). One bottle goes a long way and works perfectly. Pro tip: if you long-press the Seat Temp button, it dispenses extra foam — a great time and money saver. Around month six, I encountered a minor issue: the lid wasn’t opening high enough, so the seat would tap the underside of the lid when both were raised. I reached out to customer support via email, and within 24 hours, Lee from EPLO resolved it during a WhatsApp video call from China. Not only was the issue fixed, but Lee also gave me a helpful walkthrough of features I hadn’t yet discovered. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and the support that came with it.

The customer support is very very good. One day I found out that I could no longer connect my remote control with the toilet, I contacted the support. I’ll say it’s customer support went out of way to help me diagnose the problem and we got the issue resolved within the same day. The toilet has worked flawlessly and it’s very very good quality. We have already bought two and plan to buy another one. My bathroom renovation contractors thought this toilet cost 10 grand. :)
