Had plumper for one week, used 4 times. Now will not charge or turn on.Addendum: Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I was able to get in contact with the company for a replacement. I informed them about the defect in my lip plumper. They said it was not a problem to send out a replacement, HOWEVER, they wanted me to change my rating from a 1 star to a 4 or 5 star. I informed them that I would NOT change my rating until I received a replacement product. They did send me a replacement, which is why I will change my rating to 3 stars. I did not have to return the defective lip plumper. I do have my reservations at this point. Since my original purchase of this lip plumper, the reviews are not the most stellar. Not sure if I will keep the replacement or send back for a full refund. I still have a few days left in order to receive a refund. ### ⭐ Actually worked...wait no it doesn't... *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2018* Great product as alternative to the $150 version! At the 2-3 hr mark lips are slightly more plump but not to the degree immediately after use. Best results are to turn the device vertically vs horizontally on your lips. The motor does omit sound so not as discreet as a Candylips, but I'm happy with my purchase!!Update: Aug 2018- Device no longer charging and heating up to an unsafe level (too hot to hold) while charging. I used once to twice a week since delivery. Thus far charged twice. On 3rd charge device malfunctioning.
