This kit is perfect! I ordered it specially for the sliders for a mat Pilate class for sanitary reasons . They met and exceeded my expectations . I also used the resistance bands for leg excersises . I login to the website included in the flyer and I started my routine and it is awesome ! It has a lot of new exercises that I haven’t tried before.  I recommend this product because includes all you need for your workout at home .
