Easy replacement Flasher Relay for LED upgrade!
This product works just as it should. I upgraded my turn signals to LED bulbs. The other option would be to put resistors in the circuit in-line with the LED bulb, so that the original flasher relay would maintain the proper flasher speed. But I don't see the point of upgrading to LED if you'll be running the same amount of current draw on your car's electrical system. One of the benefits of LEDs is that they will be a lesser strain on the electrical system. With this relay, you can be assured that you'll get the proper turn signal flash speed with your LEDs while still also have lesser current draw on the electrical system. Two last points, this flasher relay is significantly quieter than the original. Although, I do not have a problem with this it is a point to make. And there's also reviewers that mention the relay will click several times after the turn signal is shut off. That is to say the clicker noise will continue, but the flash to the turn signals will be shut off. So there's no delay in shutting off the flasher circuit, it's just that there's a couple clicks before the relay is completely quiet. It can be annoying to some, I would imagine, but there is the added benefit that the relay is quiet and takes someone listening for it to realize that it happens at all. Great product for a low price, I would recommend for those swapping to LED turn signals.

2004 Frontier
This one worked perfectly. Unfortunately a different Flasher, the EP34, didn't do anything but buzz. This one worked like a charm. The flash rate is fine also. Thank you for an accurate description and a great product. December 2018 update. I had a curious episode. When I turned on my lights my rear running lights would flicker in time with my directional light. That could cause a problem so I installed a resistor on the left rear side. The resistor solved 1/2 the problem but the right side still acted up unless I put an incandescent bulb back in the tail/brake light socket. Ultimately I had to add a resistor to the brake/tail light assembly on the right rear side to stop that flicker. Now all is operating well. I just included this because I had read that playing with the electrical system can raise all sorts of issues so I stayed with it patiently until I stumbled on the right combination. I had figured that if the system wanted to 'see' a regular bulb in the brake/tail light position then I would trick it into believing that one was there. So that's how I ended up with a resistor on one tail (directional) light and one on the tail/brake (running/brake) light on the opposite side. I'm not going to mull it over any further....I really don't care about the mechanics of it. I just know it works. I stayed with it until I resolved it and now I have it working fully. I'm a very happy customer and I appreciate the feedback left by others because it helped point me in the right direction and caused me to try things I would not otherwise have thought of. Thank You all for your contributions.

A must for LED conversions.
I was trying to convert an older motorcycle to LED turn signals and tried many fixes but the LED's didn't draw enough wattage for the old relay to work properly. This relay did the trick!

This will not work on a Volkswagen Vanagon
This is undoubtedly a perfectly fine flasher, however the CF-13 flasher is the wrong polarity for the VW Vanagon. You will need the CF-14 Flasher instead. If you install this and it just doesn't work, the reversed polarity *may* be the problem.

Works good
Worked great. Used for a trailer light testing box that I built.

Doesnt work.
Item looked like it was already used with faded lettering, and scratches on it. Of course it didnt work either.

Works as described
As with any flasher, you need to make certain of the polarity of the relay you are purchasing for your vehicle. This one worked fine with my vehicle and the LED bulbs I installed. I only give three stars because the sound of the relay clicking is not as pleasant as the OEM one, and it will occasionally start on the half/flash, if that makes sense. I just found it kind of annoying. I replaced it with a Novita relay. Made by Sylvania. Much better for just a few dollars more.

Works well on 2006 Ford E450 RV
The product fits a 2006 Ford E450 RV perfectly, and blinkers all work fine, using both incandescent and LED. Only difficult thing was finding the flasher, which was on the driver side high up on the firewall on the left. Original has a clip, this one just plugged in to the connector, and I ziptied it to the original hole on the clip.

It works....
And the flash rate is just right, little to no voltage drop. Using it to add turn signals to my Argo, no need for an extra relay as all 4 lights are led. Would buy this again.
