    Careful Confessions from Sara...

Well, let me say first that I am a HUGE fan of Sara's. I first met her, like many, from 'love song'. But she is now my favorite artist. I loved both little voice and kaleidoscope heart, and decided to buy this so that I could hear some 'stripped down' and early versions of some of her songs and some new songs. I bought this, and absolutely love it. I actually haven't listened to the whole thing in total yet, but so far this album is amazing. One of my favorite songs is 'undertow'. But I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes Sara. Though the price is a little high, it is totally worth it. Love this album! Keep up the great work Sara! Keep sharing your careful confessions with the world!

    Early Sara is Very Sara

I'm a big fan of Little Voice and the new album Kaleidoscope Heart so I had to pick up her fist album.  This is a fantastic album.  I really enjoy listening to the songs that didn't make the cut for little voices and the way the melody and tones in those songs heavily influences other songs.  For instance Inside Out has moments that are very familiar to One Sweet Love.For a fan of her work it's great to hear early versions of songs like Gravity, Fairytale, City and Love on the Rocks to really see how the song developed and evolved from early on in her career.There are repeats between this album and Little Voice but no two songs are alike.

I have been since "Love Song".This album was the deal closer.track by track:Gravity-Brilliant,nearly rivals the little voice version.Undertow-Great trackLove on the rocks-live-ish version.Responsible-One of my favesOne Sweet Love-Eh its okayFairytale-a bazillion times better than the little voice versionCome Round Soon-Better than the Little voice version, in my opinionInside out-another good oneCity-A fave no matter which version I'm listening toRed/My Love-Good but not really all that greatIn short:Get it.You won't regret it.
