After reading several reviews, I realized that was the biggest complaint since it made usage very awkward. I can't say these bungees are so strong for someone who only weighs 140 that it would assist me enough if I had a very weak pull up strength. However, it offers more than enough assistance which is exactly what I was looking for.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pull-up assistance bands with swing

I love my pull-up assistance bands with swing setup. I bought 2 of these to combine them together into one setup. I bought additional carabiners and connected both of them together to make one setup. In other words, I just use the bands, the swing, and additional carabiners I bought and I don’t use the straps that attach to the pull-up bar. I could use the straps, but I like my setup better using just the bands, carabiners, and swing.
