90 Degree Power Cord

This power cord performs well, and its 90-degree bend design makes it easy to place the monitor. It's a fantastic product.

Worked great for a dog treadmill when my puppy chewed the cord (not plugged in)

Seems well made. I like the fit in the back of the computer power supply as my older one that had the cord facing away from the back was showing signs of strain and the cord had turned white where it stretched.

Great kption for a 90 degree plug

I bought this cord in May of 2014. I used it on stage approximately 5-10 times a month — unwrapping it, connecting it, disconnecting it, then re-wrapping it — and it lasted all the way up until November of 2024. Although the cord no longer works, the outside of the cord held up well (no rips or worn spots.) All in all, I'd say it was a good value, so I am buying a replacement cord of the same brand.

I was able to swap this cable with standard power supply. I suspect HP anticipated this because the plug at the corner had a cut away at the receptacle handle the right angle direction of the wire exiting the female plug at the insert. Because the height of the plug inside the receptacle is shorter than other makes of this plug, the back of the printer can be placed further back against the shelf or cabinet. This did the trick. Plenty of air circulation on the top bottom and sides, but now the back of printer is flush with back of the cabinet. Front of laser printer is 2mm back from the door, so no contact or collision and no function interfered with. Can now close glass fronted door and see printer working, only need to open door to manually feed paper or sticker stock through the manual tray port. This shaved about 2 inches off the clearance and allowed me to use a more attractive and functional cabinet to house the printer. For less than 10 bucks I saved hundreds of dollars and hassle not shopping for new cabinet.

I purchased this particular universal power cord for a Samsung LCD TV. However, it is universal and can be used on many different pieces of equipment (PCs, TVs, Printers, etc). It appears to be of good quality and it did provide a solution for me. The cable included for my TV just was not long enough to route through the entertainment center and to the power source and still have slack to move things around when needed. The right angle is a great extra, but this cord is also available with a straight end as well. Highly recommended. Update 8/1/2011: After using this power cord on TVs previously, I came back to purchase a couple of extra ones so that I could use them on my dual monitor setup for my computer. I had just installed a new dual monitor stand ( Dual LCD Monitor Stand desk clamp holds up to 24" lcd monitors ) and needed some power cords with extra length to wrap around the stand and around the desk to the computer. I also wanted a power cord that did not stick out too far along the bottom. Again, these cords were just what I wanted. Good quality, good length, and a right angle end to keep everything in order. Highly recommended.
