Replaced with OEM *by R***S on February 22, 2025* As others have stated, it clicks EXTREMELY loudly when you open and close the door. The noise is just too much to bear so I ended up just buying the GM OEM part and replacing this knockoff part with the OEM part which makes no clicking noises.If it weren't for the clicking noise this part would be fine as it otherwise functions as intended.Unless you're willing to gamble that you can somehow fix the clicking noise, perhaps by packing the mechanism with grease, I can't in good conscience recommend this part to anyone.
