Fit my Ford Ranger 2000 XL perfectly. *by I***T on August 25, 2025* These are SOOOOOO easy to install it's amazing the FORD FACIST ENGINEERING TEAM that makes EVERY OTHER PART CHANGE come with "jabbing pain" because the only angle you can undue something is, "Plastic part jabbing your skin" so the repair is as painful as-possible. So, installing these shocks was a breeze. Be sure you understand how to torque them to spec and having the proper impact gun and opposing closed socket wrench BEFORE YOU START just makes this so simply. Very pleased. I just changed the rear and already eliminated the "baby carriage" squeaks from the rear. Going to do the front end suspension soon. "I can't wait" for the idiocy FORD engineers introduced to PUNISH the DIY car repair owners. Be brave. Be tenacious. Plan EVERYTHING OUT before you start, including renting a car for those, "Oops. I need a new castle nut." moments. Use jack stands. Be sure to not kill yourself by the kinetic energy in your front springs. Watch YouTube videos on how to decompress the springs without tool.
