A: Yes they are included.

**Q: Viene con las elásticas que se ven en las fotos o hay que comprarlas por separado?**
A: La que yo compre no . Pero hay una que di de la misma marca, es 10-15 dolares mas .

**Q: Does this have resistance bands to do leg exercises?**
A: I haven't tried any leg work with the bands. I don't know if that would work well- trying to fit feet into hand holds. Maybe with some experimentation, I can't tell you more than that.
