The guns didn't work for us as the barbs provided by my customer do not work well with this gun due to the diameter of the barb. That wasn't anything that I ever thought to think of, but the barbs for this gun are a larger diameter and therefore the needle and push pin won't work well with every barb out there.Their customer service was top notch, though. Had they not been so great to work with I would have provided a four star review. But the experience overall, as well as the quality of the product really does garner a five star review. And for the sake of transparency, we were not compensated in any way for this review. The seller did issue us a refund and allow us to keep the guns in exchange for the pictures and info we provided regarding the diameter size difference in the barbs we were using. It is valuable information that future purchasers could use, so I'm glad the seller cares enough about their product and service to ask. ### ⭐ Wow! I literally put all 3 in the garbage after my employees tried tried tried to unjam the guns.... usually it's an easy, albeit slightly annoying, fix... THESE ARE GARBAGE!!!!
