I have found their support to be very responsive and willing to solve any problems I've had. Regarding the Pixhawk PX4, I originally had two problems - getting telemetry to work and successfully calibrating the compass. Both were resolved. The compass I was using was defective and was replaced by a new one (purchased from Readytosky) which works fine. The telemetry problem was my fault - used a similar looking module on my laptop - when I used the correct one, telemetry worked.
