Bonsaii L318-A Laminator
I have a Bonsaii shredder (C266-A) which has been working great over the last year, So I have stuck with the Bonsaii brand and got the L318-A Bonsaii laminator. It arrived today well packed from Amazon, I unpacked it and it was as advertised new, I needed an A3 laminator to waterproof the targets I shoot at on the range with my air rifle. The unit takes around 3 minutes to warm up before it is ready to go. The instruction manual is clear and easy to read and follow. There is a button to select the thickness of the pouches as I was only using 150 mic pouch, I used the 80 mic setting, this setting worked well for the thickness of the card i was using. It takes around a minute for an A3 size pounch to go through. The laminator is very quite and on the first use gave off a faint smell as it heated up. So far so good I am happy with this laminator.

Defective item, difficult returns process.
Failed to light up or heat up out of the box (roller works but no LEDs light up and heater does not work. It might be a good product but I am currently going round the houses to return the item or get it repaired (It is more than 30 days since purchase). Amazon send me to Bonsai, Bonsai say it is Amazon's responsibility, amazon sends me to Bonsai. You get the picture. It has a two year warranty which is fine if someone will enable me to return it. I will update in due course.
