Made me a total witch on a broom ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast and effective *by J***K on June 7, 2024* I have taken a methylated B-complex as part of another supplement, but the amounts of each B-vitamin were much lower, and it was not as complete as this one. So, I was very pleasantly surprised when with one of these capsules I seemed to have a very fast and effective response. I try not to expect too much from supplements, especially at first, and I wasn't really expecting anything from what is just eight B vitamins. But for me, I really noticed a difference after taking one of these. I think it is the amount of each and being in their methylated form that is key. This is not to say that I will notice something every time, but I think, especially if you have a need or a deficiency in one or another of the B vitamins, these could be a good option for you. I encourage everyone who is interested to do their own research, of course.
