Review: Comfortable for sleeping and much better than foam earplugs - I bought these mainly for sleeping because I’m quite sensitive to noise, and they’ve honestly been more comfortable than the usual disposable foam plugs. The soft silicone doesn’t put as much pressure on the ears, especially when lying on your side. They don’t block absolutely everything, but they reduce background noise enough to make things feel calmer and less distracting. I can still hear important sounds faintly, just without sharp noises standing out as much. The different tip sizes are helpful too since getting the right fit makes a big difference. Once fitted properly, they stay in place fairly well overnight. They are a little expensive compared to basic earplugs, but being reusable makes up for it over time. Overall, a good option if you want something more comfortable for sleep, travel, or focusing without complete silence.

They slot right into your ear really snug and comfortable, very easy to do. I bought these mainly for sleeping because I’m quite sensitive to noise, and they’ve honestly been more comfortable than the usual disposable foam plugs. The Loops are comfortable, but I never tried to sleep in them. They cancel the noise a bit but not like the noise cancelling headphones I’m used to. They are small and cute and easy to take with you - they come in a little box that can be added to the key chain.
