Review: Must for hip thrust - Saying that this is the best pad for hip thrust is an absolute understatement. Once you start adding more than just few plates, the bar always ends up digging on whatever part is most uncomfortable, but with this pad it changes radically. The quality is amazing (which is necessary when having 300lb plus of weight on a minute portion if it) the comfort out of control and the price is quite acceptable. I dont find it annoying when rolling it up to position (as I’ve read in other posts) but then again maybe my legs are not so chunky. Even if it was an issue, id rather put two plates on the side to elevate the bar slightly… something I’d not use it for: neck protection. I dont think you can use it for squats or even good mornings. Either way, the price might be slightly higher than others, but its justified (for hip thrusts) and be prepared to get people coming up to you to ask about it.

Saying that this is the best pad for hip thrust is an absolute understatement. Once you start adding more than just few plates, the bar always ends up digging on whatever part is most uncomfortable, but with this pad it changes radically. The quality is amazing (which is necessary when having 300lb plus of weight on a minute portion if it) the comfort out of control and the price is quite acceptable. I dont find it annoying when rolling it up to position (as I’ve read in other posts) but then again maybe my legs are not so chunky. Even if it was an issue, id rather put two plates on the side to elevate the bar slightly… something I’d not use it for: neck protection. I dont think you can use it for squats or even good mornings. Um bei Hip Thrusts nicht die Hantelstange im Unterleib zu haben ist dieses Polster sehr gut geeignet. Deutlich stärker und dicker gepolsterter als die normalen fürs Kniebeugen machen die Hip Thrusts wieder Spaß und man kann mehr Gewicht auflegen ohne das es schmerzt. Für Kniebeugen definitiv nicht zu empfehlen da es viel zu dick ist. Der Klettverschluss ist extrem und ist in der Mitte geteilt und wird gegenläufig geschlossen. So kann sich das Polster auch nicht so einfach lösen. Positiv ist auch das es absolut nicht gerochen hat beim auspacken :-)
