What if a paint or primer specifies 3000 psi to run? Will it run in this machine?

Depending on what the product is and what tip size the paint or primer requires you should be ok with this sprayer. Most paints or primers list 2,000PSI as a recommended pressure. Can you spray thinners (example, accitone ect.) without destroying o-rings and/or seals?

You cannot spray anything that has a flashpoint of less than 100 degrees. Flashpoint is the temperature at which something can ignite and catch fire. The flashpoint can be found on the can or by calling the product manufacture. Usual acetone has a low flashpoint and cannot be used through our products without damaging the parts. If you need a sprayer that can spray "hot" solvents like acetone you can look at our contractor sprayers at www.titantool.com.
