I saw this one recommended in an Evening Standard article by a chef at Benares Mayfair, who described it as well balanced and with a very thin blade that has been hammered to easily glide through food. When the knife arrived it was in some quite cheap looking packaging with a 'Made in China' label, which I wasn't expecting as the listing said it was made in Germany or Japan. It was also blunt and quite heavy to hold, and did not feel like the premium blade advertised.
