The lid is quite hard to get on and off, but I think that's true of a lot of these cups, and I would rather that than my daughter be able to remove it herself or it come off when being thrown. You just need to have a sturdy work surface/table to put your weight on one edge to get the lid on. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Robust and completely leak proof *by A***R on 2 August 2016* After 4 children spanning 17 years, I always buy these. Only leak proof cup on the market in my eyes. Lid can be really stiff at first but does ease after a while. My disabled child throws his, chews it and takes it to bed. Never alone drop spilled.
