Every school year we get those incredibly long supply lists. I think my 6 grader needed 6 dozen pencils or something. When I saw this I knew that I had better jump on the bargain. I sharpened 3 with a hand sharpener and 3 with the electronic sharpener. Both sharpeners produced perfect tips and no broken or uneven sharpened pencils. I like have the STAEDTLER blue pencils so my kids pencils won't get mixed up with their other classmates. The set includes the white eraser which are the standard now for classrooms. All the pencils functioned well and maintained sharpness for about a page of writing. Good deal definitely buy again at this price point.

As a teacher, these are my go to pencil and best for sharpening and eraser life. The other go to brand is not up to the quality control standards any more. I also like that I can easily identify "my" pencils when kids borrow them and need to return them.

I purchased these for my classroom because our school color is blue. The erasers are out the high-quality. The pencils are very sturdy and the color is exactly as advertised. They write smooth and are a high-quality pencil for the money.

Long lasting pencils! Better than the “T” brand!

These pencils are working great for my classroom. I’m pretty picky about pencils, but when you have to buy so many a year you look for a great value. The use of them has been great and they are the same size as others. They are comfortable to hold and they do not break easily. I’ll continue to buy them for my classroom.

I’m amazed at the other reviews! I was so excited to find these at such a great price this year, but then realized it must have been because they were defective. The graphite just. Kept. Breaking. Kids would sharpen them and be seconds into using them before going back to sharpen again. First I assumed they were just looking for excuses to gather at the sharpener, then maybe the issue was tapping the pencil enough that it broke inside? Nope. I got out several from the box and tried them myself and ran into the same issue. After weeks of frustration I put them in the back of my cupboard and used the free ones someone got me at the free teacher store. Even the cheap pencils performed better. I was so surprised - I’ve loved this brand before. When I ran out of free pencils I got the Stadtler box back out and ran into the same constant breakage - like sharpen, touch the tip and it falls out, sharpen another inch, same. Odd. Glad others are having better luck!

I love pencils. What can you say about pencils? They write. They erase. They wait quietly and with much patience for your next great idea. No eye rolls, that you haven't "finished it" yet. Whatever it is. No sighs at your lack of progress. Just quietly waiting, ready when you are.

I’m always losing pencils, so this pack has honestly been really useful. You get a huge amount for the price, and since they already come sharpened, you can use them right away without having to sit there sharpening a whole box.The pencils write smoothly and feel like normal good-quality school pencils. They’re great for homework, class, drawing, or just keeping extras everywhere. I keep some in my backpack, desk, pencil case, and around the house because I know I’ll eventually misplace a few.The included erasers are also a nice extra. With 144 pencils, this pack should last a very long time, even if you share them or lose them often like I do.Overall, this is such a good deal for how many pencils you get. Pencils are hard to sharpen and break easily.

This is such a great value! The box arrived the pencils were sharp. There was erasers. This will last an entire school year. They even sharpen really well.

My teen kept telling me he had no pencils, or he kept loosing them. So this was my solution. A giant box of pencils, I didn’t know it came with erasers too! Even better
