I can't speak to whether or not this will have an effect on people without the MTHFR gene mutation as I do have it, so YMMV. I do think it works for me and have now put it on subscribe & save. Review: Megablastic Anemia be gone! - This is the L-Methylfolate supplement that I used to get through my Naturopathic doctor for much less money. He retired in September of ‘21 and now I am paying desertcart retail. Seems to be as effective but I have read reviews about the quality of some things from desertcart being different than from more direct suppliers, so I will know more in April when they retest my blood markers to see if my megoblastic anemia has improved. I know that when my ND got me onto taking these as well as a methylation supportive B complex, I went from no energy and not being able to breath when exercising back to feeling good and breathing well during high heart rate activities. Calf injury late November derailed my running and that’s just after I started taking these same l-methyl folate supplements ordered from desertcart as my source.
