I haven’t used one before now but my dentist suggested I do so. I researched to find something reasonably priced that offered a quiet, efficient but gentle, brush. This model has a vibration timer for each quadrant of your mouth. It is simply life changing and I have had zero issues in the two weeks I have had it! Definitely recommend purchasing this one!

Love it and it does a fantastic job. Some people complaining about it getting dirty because they never wash it after use. I have mine for over 8 months and it looks brand new. My teeth are definitely whiter since I started using it. It sits on the charger all the time and doesn't take much space at all.

I absolutely love my toothbrush. It allows me to reach all of my problem areas. It leaves my teeth, smooth and clean. The timer and the app help with my ability to manage how long I brush my teeth.

I would not buy this product again. While it has several issues I could overlook, one major problem makes it unusable for me. The vibration of this brush feels “off” in a way that makes me dizzy and gives me a headache every time I use it, and I’m not someone who normally gets headaches. I actually dread brushing my teeth with it, and at this point I’ll probably just accept the $60 loss and purchase something else. The strange part is that the brush isn’t loud and the vibration doesn’t feel particularly strong, yet something about the way it operates gives me headaches even on the lowest setting. There are also other issues that add to my frustration. The brush head doesn’t come with a cover, yet the instructions recommend removing it after each use to clean and dry it. That means it has to sit uncovered on its side, which isn’t ideal for keeping it clean. The timer is also odd. It gives the standard 30‑second alerts for a 2‑minute brushing cycle, but it doesn’t turn off at the end. It just keeps running and continues the 30‑second pulses. To power it down, you have to click through every mode, there’s no simple one‑button off option, unless I am missing instructions. Another strange issue is that while my teeth feel polished after use, my mouth as a whole doesn’t feel clean. I’ve used the same toothpaste for years and have never had this bad taste in my mouth after brushing. It’s disgusting and it’s super frustrating. Overall, I cannot recommend this product. And if you suffer from headaches, I would stay far away.

The toothbrush works quite well and I'm satisfied with it. It makes my teeth feel clean and polished. The battery charge lasts a very long time. I find the timers a little annoying as I actually spend more time brushing than they would indicate. They give you two brushes, but they aren't the same. I guess that's OK so you can decide which type to order in the future. I use a regular toothbrush in the morning and this one at bedtime. I do this because to clean it after each use as directed takes a little time. Then you're supposed to balance the brush facing up and the handle facing down until dry. (I set them on a face cloth and lean them against an adjacent cabinet). So, the only time I use the stand is when it needs charging. With all of that said, I would still recommend it. Just know what you're getting into.

I love it! Great toothbrush, perfect size. I like that is rechargeable, not too noisy. Price is perfect for it, does not take too much space on my sink.

Oral-B as a company was solid, my wife bought this toothbrush and the brush wouldn’t take a charge from the base charger. She hadn’t discovered the flaw until after the return window had expired so I contacted Oral-B directly and they emailed me a label and requested that we send the entire unit back and if I’m not mistaken I believe that even prior to us getting our unit dropped off at UPS they already had a new unit in route to us and we received it within 3-5 days of submitting a ticket to Oral-B. As far as the tooth brush goes my wife uses it and she says she likes it which she has had a lot of electric tooth brushed so if she likes it then it must be good for her.

It did not work, I had to wait half a month to get it and now I have placed a return and till date it’s been another 20 days and I haven’t received my refund yet. Very frustrating experience.
