### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Exercises

I was recently diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder that is attacking my connective tissue, so I am actually no longer able to lift weights or do intensive cardio workouts. However, being in the military, I can't just give up on physical training (nor do I want to). Enter bodyweight workouts, which I have still been cleared to do. Not really knowing where to start, I ended up finding these books.This is absolutely perfect for my needs. Although modified versions of the exercises aren't listed, it's not hard to figure out how to modify them, and there are so many options here I can't imagine getting bored. I bought this one and the first volume of Rey's Bodyweight workouts (I'll order Volume 2 soon), and I've already seen improvements. If you have some physical limitations but want to get/stay in shape, these books are really a great option.

I like the idea that the book was written into parts. One part is how to build the abs. The second part shows how to combine cardio work with abs workout. I say Nice.
