**Q: are these medjool dates?**
A: Hi pete i believe so but not 100% sure but we have them every year from September onwards.  They are nice textures sweet but not to sweet nicely moist.  Never had a bad one and we enjoy them very much.. i hope this help and if you buy enjoy  . J-B

This package appears be sourced and packaged by a company in England, and while the quality is good it is not in par with what you would get locally in the UAE (premium or otherwise). The date size is smaller, there are dry ones that were not weeded out, and the texture is somehow not quite right (storage issues perhaps). I would not buy it again. Nonetheless, Khalas is an alternative to Medjool which seems dominating the market. It is softer and sweeter.
