The case alone...great storage in the car, etc and the extra regular batteries along with the rechargeable....great package for the price. 2. Housing for all three models....SOLID 3. Flashlight: Bright...does its job 4. So far...very happy. I like the look and feel of the P2401 over its new model PA160. Favorite is the PH2403 b/c it's just regular flashlight...single mode...and the clip...perfect.
