Awesome tent, great value, great design
I had been researching RTTs for a while when I cam across the ArcWonder RTT. I was impressed with the specifications and features (cargo bars, solar panel, integrated rain fly, shoe bags, ladder, all aluminum construction). With all of the features plus including the cost of the included cargo bars and solar panel (with included controller) it is actually one of the cheapest RTTs of it's feature set on Amazon. Such a great value versus price! Based on all those details I decided to finally order a RTT and I have not been disappointed. The RTT was shipped VERY fast and well protected in a substantial crate. I had to fabricate connection hardware due to the cargo bed rack on my truck being more substantial than most racks (was of larger dimensions than the connection hardware that comes with the tent: not the manufacturer's fault), but the tent was still very easy to install (lifting still requires 2 people). For how well built it is the tent is still very lightweight and at only 7 inches thick when closed it is such a low profile (looks way better than most RTTs and WAY less wind resistance at higher speeds). Overall the size is no larger than it needs to be to serve as a tent with enough sleeping space for two average sized people. The cargo bars and solar panel were super easy to install. The power provided by the solar panel easily charged my battery setup quickly (and there is actually plenty of remaining mounting space on top of the tent for an additional solar panel or cargo bars, if you choose). The tent is very comfortable (although the sleeping pad is a bit thin due to the slim nature of the closed tent), but I use an extra memory foam mattress (due much more to my body being over half a century in age than the comfort of the included sleeping pad ;) ). I've used the tent a couple times now and have zero issues opening or closing it (just be patient and close it slowly and make sure the flaps and rain fly are fully inside tent: this isn't a flaw with the design, but an good example of how excellent the build quality is and how tight the tolerances are in its construction). The tent has been through several intense rainstorms at highway speeds as well as deployed for camping in heavy rain. No water intrusion to speak of either closed or when deployed. And if you are an experienced camper you will know that you will get some few droplets of water here and there when the wind whips up or if you come into the tent with wet clothes. Not sure if the material used for the tent is antimicrobial/antifungal, but no sign of mold yet anywhere in the tent. VERY quick and easy deployment and stowage. Overall: -HIGHLY functional -VERY high build quality -EXCEPTIONAL value of included accessories -OUTSTANDING value overall I am VERY pleased with the purchase and capability of the tent. It certainly beats the stuffings out of a traditional tent, getting to the campground/site late, after dark and trying to fumble around and set up (often in the rain).

Great started RTT bundle!
Tent is amazing for the price, havenโt gotten the solar panel set up yet, ladder came with a broken hinge that I was unable to get resolved but have been figuring it out and looking into alternative ladders as a replacement, overall Iโm very satisfied for the cost compared to some other brands I was considering, esp as an entry into the RTT market and see if it was something my wife and Iโd enjoy and actually use, so far weโve used it for about a month since getting in January with a road trip to Cali down the PCH and back on Route 66 a couple nights in Missouriโs camping and then Arches national park and Zion on the way back to California for work where weโve done Salton sea and will be doing some other places coming up. Highly recommend zipper lubricant and some zipper ties to make them easier to pull and grab.

Well worth the money
I've used this tent for multiple outings from hot, dry high desert environments to chilly and wet coastal settings, all with no issues. As noted in some other reviews there's some nuances to closing the tent, but with continued use and practice it gets easier. The only "problem" I've experienced was only getting 1 of the luggage crossbars and ARCT sent another the day after I contacted them. Great product, great support. Get out there and enjoy the adventure. โ๏ธ

Very impressed
Tent came in 2 days, barely any setup needed other than wiring the solar panel up. Mattress inside is a little stiff but added a 1.5 inch mattress topper made it so much comfortable. Took it for its first camping experience ended up in a tornado warning held up very well. only thing was the condensation on the inside which is normal. stayed decently warm even in 35 degrees. 10am was very sunny out and stayed almost pitch black which is a really great when wanting to sleep in.

Great all-weather tent..!
Great Tent...3 weeks in the Colorado plateau..Had the tent mounted to my truck topper...High winds and rain were no match for this tent..Below freezing several nights...The 12v power block shorted out the last night...needs a upgraded fuse holder..it melted and the fuse didn't blow...Sleeps two adults...6'1 and 5'9 is about the maximum..

RTT REVIEW
Solid RTT for the price. Iโve used it for two trips so far and here is what I like and what could be improved: Pros: - Solidly made. Does not feel cheap. - Easy assembly, ships in a solid box, and easy setup once it is on the roof. - Easily broke down. - Very dark inside, even in the morning you canโt see the sun. Areas for improvement: - Add a thicker/ better mattress, maybe a 3โ mattress and a condensation mat underneath. - Consider adding a port hole to connect a 3โ heater/AC hose for easy all-weather use. Overall, the RTT is a great tent and well made. I would recommend it to friends and family. Follow-up review: Fantastic after sale service. I had an issue with the solar panel, and the vendor sent me a new one hassle free. 100% recommend this RTT.

Good for the price especially for the solar and rack
So far so good, only four complains. Install of rain fly pole, not as easy as displayed on video, takes a lot of bending and strength, no barrel locks have to use pad locks, and pretty hard to close. I think I have to put some weight on the roof rails. Definitely have to add an air mattress for comfort.
