I have a deviated septum and very often I can’t breathe through my nose properly and I’ve became used to this over the years. However my snoring at night has caused issues with my wife and I with her losing sleep over it for years now and it’s caused me to need to sleep on the couch multiple times. First time using them and my life has improved for several reason! I can breathe properly again as normal, I don’t snore at night nearly half as much as is used to, I sleep most of the night and wake up feeling more refreshed and energetic and it’s improved the sleep quality for my wife.
