The problem is the functionality, especially as a sport band. The loop that holds the end of the strap (called a 'keeper' according to google) is smooth on the inside; there is nothing to stay in place. My other Fitbit bands have a nub that fits in the holes so it doesn't slide off. And that is what happens: as I do my routine the loop wriggles down and the tail of the band gets loose and catches on my clothing. The second issue is that the cool little circles make an impression on your skin (but that would happen with any cutout design). If you are also sweating the raised impressions can get irritated. Speaking of irritation, the third issue for me was that the buckle is unpainted metal and it caused my skin blister after wearing the band all day. Full discloser: I have very sensitive skin, especially to metals. So if you are like me, you will want to coat the buckle with clear nail polish to keep it from making direct contact with your skin.Summary: Looks cool. Fits Fitbit Alta HR. Tail of the band will catch on stuff. You will have little circle impressions on your arm. There is a risk of irritation from the metal buckle. Overall, I feel 'meh' about the purchase.
