Perfect for Freezing Minced Garlic
These silicone honeycomb ice cube trays are absolutely perfect for storing minced garlic. I usually buy a large bag of peeled garlic from Costco, run it through the food processor, and pack it right into these trays to freeze. The flexible silicone makes it incredibly easy to pop the frozen hexagons out, and the clear lids are great for stacking and keeping garlic odors from taking over the freezer. Once frozen solid, I transfer the cubes to a Ziploc bag for easy storage. Each little hexagon is perfectly portioned; one is just right for a quick stir-fry, and I use two or three for pasta dishes depending on the recipe. The garlic stays fresh for several months, saving me a ton of prep time between batches.

Good quality and easy to use
These are great, they are easy to pop out and make decent sized cubes. The cover fits on nicely too so it keeps it from any water spilling out. They feel good quality. I Would definitely get them again If anything happened to them, but I think they'll last awhile
