Product Description          Bim’s Kitchen makes a delicious and innovative range of hand-made African-inspired sauces and condiments. We are a small family business and all our products are made to our own original recipes. All our products are made in small batches and use exotic ingredients native to or commonly used in Africa like baobab fruit, coconut, alligator pepper, cubeb pepper, peanuts, cashew nuts, hibiscus flowers, birdseye chillies and tamarind. These are turned into very tasty, versatile and easy to use products like curries, hot sauces, marinades and condiments. Bim's Kitchen African Coconut Piri Piri is a fiery but creamy sauce perfect as a marinade, condiment or cooking sauce for meat, fish or vegetables. Mix with mayonnaise/plain yoghurt to create a tasty dip or add to plain rice, pasta or noodles. All natural ingredients. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and a gluten-free diet.             Ingredients          water, coconut milk (15%), concentrated lemon juice, tomato puree, minced garlic, minced onion, tamari gluten-free soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt and spirit vinegar), sunflower oil, demerara sugar, paprika, black pepper, ground ginger, chillies (cayenne, birdseye), corn flour, salt, parsley, oregano, stabiliser: xanthan gum.
