I'm 5' 5" and my inseam is 29". I really like that you can adjust the mode and the zone of where you want to focus, and that you can increase/decrease the pressure, based on your comfort level. It's also great that you can set the timer, then just relax while it does the work for you. To me, it feels so good and is very relaxing. Afterward, my legs feel rejuvenated. You'll want to make certain you plug in the console while using for the first time, unless you let is charge completely before using.
