Product seems really nice. Have started using it just now. Everything seems to be perfect and the colours and pictures match the actual product. You can retract and pull out the cable properly without issues which is the main motive of the product. One thing I would say is that the casing is a bit heavy, which is expected ofcourse so you'll need a stable surface to keep it. If you leave it dangling from the charger it might damage something, most likely the C-type connector pin. Since it is 100W it supports fast charging on mobile phones. I haven't tried laptops. I'll be using it for the next couple of months and might update review if the product ceases to fulfill it's purpose.
