The modem works great and is fast. It is VERY tall/large compared to other non-WiFi standalone modems. The admin page to see signal levels and logs is very annoying to get to work on a PC browser and it is highly recommended to check this page on a mobile device browser. The info provided in the cable connection diagnostic admin page is ample and should satisfy most users for signal diagnostics. The advanced administration tab Event Log provides identical information the Arris models show and is the same a Spectrum tech would have access to with their Scope software for their provided modems.
