Not a bad unit. I bought this used and it surprisingly works well. The noise is somewhat noticeable but you get that from any refrigerator. Ice is fast and does melt a little but it’s ice! I don’t see any problems with the tray filling up with ice nor do I see any issues with the size of the ice nuggets. I was amazed at how much ice produced in the tray. The self cleaning feature is a breeze and would recommend before using. For the money, and it being used, I can say that this machine is a winner and deserves the 5 stars.

Works well, ice every 6 minutes and it is crunchy, not rock solid. It is wet so it tends to stick together if transferring to the freezer but it comes apart real easy. Not too noisy except when dumping a fresh batch. It’s a lot like our in freezer ice maker. Overall does a good job.

This little guy looks tidy and makes sweet little clinking noises when ice drops into nicely shaped cubes. Do not fret on first cycle being abit watery. It chills shortly thereafter and truly delivers. It does the job at a great price and freezes wonderfully. I stay near it to load the prepared ice into my freezer but even if I forget it stays chilled and ice is solid for quite awhile. I am still having fun making the ice using this machine so novelty has not worn off months later and working great so would highly recommend.

I’ve owned this for a while so these are things that should be known IMO: This is for a single person or maybe two. Six minutes seems like no time at all when reading but it feels like forever when it’s hot. The ice melts FAST in the heat and the machine cannot keep up. If there are impurities in the water, the recycling and melting of the cubes just concentrates it. The drain plug on the bottom is flimsy plastic. It works fine but be aware so you don’t pull too hard. This is NOT an ice machine for parties unless you start collecting much earlier on and in that case? Just buy the ice. It’s not worth the effort of around 20 oz of ice each time. It is portable, it does make ice, the ice itself is fine and in a bullet form. It does take 6-10 minutes (if it’s hot) to make ice. I always add a bit of vinegar to the self-wash and then scrub it out with a bottle brush after, with another rinse with fresh water. It makes visible difference in the ice. You have to refill it constantly with water, so keep that in mind with these machines.

First: read the directions before you start using it! It needs to be upright for 24 hours before use. It works great though, is pretty small for counter space. Keep in mind it makes ice, it doesn’t store it so as soon as the ice is made you need to put it in a freezer for storage. It makes ice incredibly fast and fulls the basket up in just over an hour. I would definitely recommend this ice maker.

This unit is just a wee bit small. The smaller space actually results in faster ice melting—without replenishment—before clearing the hopper. If you are not grabbing ice out as soon as it fills, ultimately you will have much less ice available to grab when you need it. I would not recommend this particular machine for any household with more than one person using ice from it. For just a single-person household it’s a good value and will give them enough ice throughout the day to keep their drinks cold. The basket sometimes doesn’t “seat” perfectly when you drop it into place. This is easily adjusted and not something that’s caused any problems. There is only one cube size. But honestly for soft ice, I’m not sure why anyone would want the smaller ice chunks some other machines may offer. If anything, larger is better because it doesn’t melt as fast in the basket. Everyday use is simplistic. The small size means more frequent water fill ups. The fill line is impossible to see in dim lighting. Overfill and your ice will melt faster. The fill line should be a contrasting color (black). But this is more or less a minor annoyance. Ice does come fast when the basket does not read “ice full”. For single services of soft ice the unit works fast. This unit as do all similar styles require regular cleaning. Refer to manual for information.

Great little ice machine period we bought this. Because the ice maker in our Samsung refrigerator freezer has been problematic for some time, the Samsung ice maker just kept freezing up. Never could get any ice out of it was real pain. But this little guy solved the problem. I filled the reservoir. I pushed the button, and within 5 minutes we get ice and then I just fill the ice basket. In our stand up freezer, great little product, glad I bought it.

Okay I have used this for almost a year now. Here are the pros and cons: *Pros - once this gets really going, it makes ice pretty fast. And the ice pellets are good quality, easy to store in your freezer. I like to make a bunch at one time and then store the pellets. *Cons - takes a little while for it to get going when you first turn it on - the first couple of rounds of ice are not great, kind of thin and weak/melty. After that they get bigger and more solid. Plus, the small basket fills up quickly and it will stop making ice if you don't empty it out regularly while you're running it.

The machine never worked. The return process was painful. Seller was not willing to engage and didn’t take any responsibility for the quality of the product. Amazon stepped up and kept us whole.

This countertop ice maker machine is great! It makes small ice cubes and makes them fast. This ice maker is so easy to use. We are glad we decided to purchase this machine. The price was great, too. Don't hesitate to purchase this. You will be glad that you did.

I jut brought it and dose not making ice even once only water coming out as they said I try to put cold water but doesn’t working

This ice maker packs a punch!! 🤜🧊 First batch of ice it made was little small and melted fast, but after a few rounds once it got going the ice got thicker and stayed cold no problem! this machine tells u when the ice tray is completely full, when the water is empty, And it made a large ziplock bag in under 45min! very impressed with it! it will just stop making ice when it runs out of water or is full too so you dont need to worry about it over filling :) this is my first ice machine and i couldn’t be more excited about having fresh ice in a matter of minutes!
