Selens 3Pcs Adhesive Light Diffuser 7.9X 11.82 inches Light Dimming Film

I purchased these to replace the lights that are under cabinets in kitchen. These work great, but the lights are too bright for the kitchen. I needed to use light diffuser strips over the lens.

I was expecting a translucent diffusing sheet, with light transmission roughly similar to that of frosted glass. But these are basically glossy sheets of paper and even a single one blocks way too much light. On top of that my sheets were bubbly and not well attached to their backing film.

The sheets are of good quality, and peeling the backing off was pretty easy. However, it really needs to come with some brief instructions. I mistakenly assumed there was a backing to peel off to stick it to the light, plus a protective film to peel off the front. In reality, there is only one backing to pull off, and the white diffusion layer stays permanently on your light.Despite the initial confusion, it works well with our LED floor lights for our band. It definitely softens up the raw, harsh look of the LEDs. Just keep in mind that it will soften the light output overall; especially if you switch your LEDs to different colors, the light will look quite a bit weaker than it did previously. Overall, it gets the job done for staging!

This has worked for the purpose I bought it for. I bought some Outdoor LED lights for outside and started noticing that I was being swarmed by Moths. Found out my lights attracted the moths and that I should get something to dim them. I bought this cut it out and put it on the light, moths have disappeared.

This is basically just 3 sheets of white, opaque vinyl, like you can buy at the craft store. It appears to reduce the light output quite a bit. It does diffuse the light as expected. It adheres well, but definitely changes the color temperature of your light to a warmer color.

I used these to dim some insanely bright outdoor lights than I had already bought and installed these were so easy enough to put on as they are basically stickers.

Had to return. Tape it white and didn't like it.
