What I didn't know was they didn't all use the same hardware (motherboards, graphics card) but are all comparable. My motherboard didn't have a USB C port on it, so I bought us PCI cards. Well his did, so he just got more USB ports. I did bring it up to Sky Tech support, but they couldn't do anything about that, which was fine. They were great about the noisy fan I had. Sent out another one relatively quick. Kinda wish my SignalRBG worked though 😭.
