Review: Essential for PE Civil Exam - This book is probably the single-most important book you will need for the PE civil exam no matter which afternoon section you take. I took transportation and I found the information on the water resource related topics extremely relevant to the AM section. It also has good information on pavement design and construction which are frequent questions. I even used it for the PM section on a number of problems since the information was more condensed than the actual reference material NCEES specified for certain topics.
