The Mounting Frame fits neatly onto a standard 'back-box' but be aware, the switch mechanism takes up a fair depth and the 'back-box' depth required is compounded by the cable entry points being at the back. This means that the overall depth of the 'back-box', in my opinion, needs to be a minimum of 25mm if using 1.5mm solid core lighting cable. The screws provided for securing the 'Mounting Frame' are adequate but fitting the Contemporary Front-Plate needs some force. There is a slot at the bottom of the Front-Plate to enable release and this was found to be somewhat tricky as it needs a fairly brave force with a screwdriver and there is the worry that the plastic might split.
