I love how the books are written with the present day and flashing back to their younger selves. It adds more suspense to the books because you don’t have any idea what happened in the past to make the present day as it is until nearly the end of the books. The way the four books link together and each focus on one of the men in the group whilst we still see what is going on with the other three keeps you intrigued to reading more so you can find out more and more about the characters. The spice in the books is amazing also. Some of the best I have read. It made me blush at one stage and it took me about an hour to read one passage because I couldn’t read it, it was that hot! Definitely a worthy read! Review: A great little novella - A great little novella that includes some of the Devils nights children. I am intrigued by Madden, I hope at some stage we see a future series of the children following in their parents footsteps! A little gripe, hence 4 stars not five, there were a couple of spelling mistakes which is unlike Penelope.
