This product along with the Lasinoh cream helps to keep my nipples moist and so even though they are a bit sore I'm able to keep going with the feeding. I'm now 18 days into feeding, doesn't sound like much but I don't think i made it beyond 7 days last time before I had to stop to give my nipples time to heal. Then stopping meant that i got mastitis as my breasts became engorged, so my daughter was formula fed from that point onwards.Also the fact that this product allows you to collect the milk means you can store away a bottle of breast milk for an extra feed rather than just soaking up breast pads and tossing them in the bin. Glad I found it, which was only by accident I was looking for nipple shields when I came across them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for early days before life gets hectic *by B***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 May 2019* I bough these on a whim as didnt want to express nor lose any more milk than I was and found these were perfect for the time I used them. Wish I knew about them in my previous pregnancies. I did see peoples reviews on the little hole with laying down and found if I turned the cups round a bit I was able to feed laying down without losing any but just be mindful you've moved them as they will leak if you sit straight up without moving them back before taking them off and that's a wet top you don't want. Only wore with a bra/breastfeeding top so don't know how they fit without but it made me feel any better to not keep losing milk from one side whilst feeding (hated wet breast pads and knowing all that milk was going to waste. Now feeding is well established (little lady's about to turn 3 months) and life has gone back to being crazy with 4 children +1 (husband being the 5th ha ha) I don't have time for them but definitely worth the investment in the early days of breastfeeding ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Functional as expected *by S***B on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 February 2019* Perfectly simple solution for leaky nipples during the day.
