My thigh is 25inches and the large fits well. Easy to use, just pull on. Helps a little with the pain, but was cheap so wasn't expecting a lot when you can get others for 3 times as much. Quality is still decent though. It is helping to support the area however, the main issue with it is the top starts to roll down and doesn't stay in place.
