Game changer
I used to bring my knives to have them sharpened, but with this and a simple wet stone, I can do it all myself. Such a simple idea but it’s a game changer. You won’t regret the purchase.

Japanese knives
Japanese knives, can be a pain to get them right, but I have a gizmo that does an almost perfect job, its jsut the wester knives i struggle with. This little gizmo, definitely helps, train you in getting the angle right, on the sharpening stone. Good quality, and great value. Easy to use, and helps with the performance of the stone. Nice size too.

Med lite övning så har jag äntligen fått lite snitts på hur jag ska få en riktigt bra egg på mina knivar. Var skeptisk men väldigt snabbt insåg jag att jag hade fel. Kan starkt rekommendera detta kitt.
