**Q: How do I stop or disable incoming calls from automatically answering?**
A: Hello!  Conversion method: double click volume + button.（Or do this: press and hold the volume "+" button and volume"-" button at the same time before connecting the Bluetooth of the mobile phone to change the automatic or manual answer mode.）.The headset includes both automatic and manual listening functions.

**Q: How long is the cable between the two headphones?**
A: Not sure about the exact length but it fits my medium Shoei Qwest helmet just fine with a little room to spare.  Talking about cable going from left speaker wrapped around back of helmet to right speaker.

**Q: How do i switch the language from chinese to English?**
A: Hello! The Helmet Bluetooth Headset language is English by default. If you want to switch languages, please do this: after starting up, double click the power button twice before connecting to bluetooth.

**Q: Following the instructions to turn off auto-answer isn’t working. How do I disable auto-answer?**
A: I've tried per the instructions and cannot get mine to switch to manual answering.  I press the + and - buttons prior to pairing, prior to connecting, I tried a momentary press and a long press...nothing works.  It's frustrating because there's no tone or indication so how does one know if they're doing it correctly?  Have you figured it out yet?
