Menopause symptoms relieved
I have been taking these for a few months now, and I think they are helping me with the night sweats and hot flushes as they now seemed to have nearly gone. I cannot be 100% sure as I am also taking Maca root and ashwaganda, but I am not stopping them to find out! They are very reasonably priced, natural and if they are doing the job, totally worth it!! Not for me
In the menopause, not on HRT, bought these to see if help with the sleep/anxiety/stress symptoms but not noticed a difference. I dont experience significant night sweats to comment on that aspect.
