After many years of using the major brand name threaders this one is excellent and cost effective. I have threaded at least a dozen 1 inch and 1-1/4 rigid conduit and this threader was flawless. Just one tip. Make sure the vise that accommodates the threader and the pipe vise are tight. I mean tight. This threader has a great deal of torque. Also, use plenty of threading oil. This will keep the pipe and the teeth of the dies cooler and make the threads turn out like their supposed to.
