Since im a boy id ont really know.Does this come with brushes and foundations?** A: It comes with eye-shadow brushes. It has concealer and powder. But not liquid foundation. Everything is really good, except the eye-shadow. It doesn't show up on me. (I'm white). And after barely touching it, it wipes off. The eye-shadow doesn't stay on. The colors show up better if your darker skin. If your mom doesn't use eye-shadow much, than go for it. But if she does like to wear to it and experiment with colors.
