Where it is supposed to have a loop stitched on one end, it completely unraveled during one of my sets rendering it useless. Sure enough, I was able to lift the weight! It's definitely a learning curb figuring out how to wrap them correctly and securely, but at the price, it's totally worth giving them a try.
