I don't hear any noise or hiss. The USB C plug fits snugly in my phone, but if fits loose in yours might be because of tolerance differences or a worn USB socket on your device. The headphone plug end of my headphones snaps in firmly. The USB A adapter fits and works fine. Sound is clear and clean.
