    For a HV320UKT buy a new head.

I bought this for a different model knowing it would not fit (HV320UKT) ,as you cannot get this item for my model.(the whole head unit is not expensive). I made a somewhat bodged repair, but it works, that's all that matters. The three stars are because even for the right model this is a flimsy piece of plastic

Waste of time. Despite being very careful while fitting the hose, it broke within seconds of attaching it to the vacuum cleaner. Have taped it up so at least it's working but be careful, this is a very fragile hose.
